Currently, there are two options under consideration and being investigated by the team as well as gaining input from all the relevant authorities.
Both these schemes apply a number of sustainability criteria and design objectives to make this development
SCHEME A
This is based on a maximized residential scheme:
- A small retirement village development (approximately 100 over ’55 units with community amenities and facilities.
- 647 individual residential lots.
- 55 group houses.
- An Environmental Education centre / community centre
- A small commercial precinct at the intersection of Verita Rd and Brand Highway.
