The Structure Plan
The authorities have approved the structure plan and earmarked the surrounding area for future growth of residential areas adjacent to the Verita Rd land as follows:

Lot 13 has the higher elevation with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and sweeping views to inland on the eastern sector of the block.
Lot Pt 14 has predominately S/W views to the ocean and the dunes that are a landmark to the approach of Geraldton past the Greenough River turn off.
